I'm not keen on open backs but i've two pair of the DT770 pro closed backs - 80 ohm and 250 ohm, and they suit me fine :)
I found the 250's weren't loud enough on some things - mismatch I guess, but the 80's make up for it. Sturdy and reliable. Been wearing them on and off since 7am today, so little ear fatigue. Good call...
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

You're a braver man than I. My Beyers are fantastic for watching a movie, but anything more than a couple of hours is hard going on the upper treble.

They keep telling me tone is in the fingers, but I have yet to see a "look at my fingers" thread.

MORE INFO!!!!!!
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Apparently the clean channel is awesome for pedals :) And I'm sure I can work with the dirty side. And it was cheap for a 100 watt amp, it'll be my workshop amp.... with at least a 4x12 under it.
