Any YouTuber in particular you'd recommend? Her taste is for pop really; that Harry Styles chap mostly, but also RHCP (so there's hope).

Thanks.
Stu Hamm has beginner stuff on Truefire. You can sometimes get cheap annual membership $99US.

I prefer him to Scott's Bass Lessons. But it different for each of us.

Does she read music or this new Bass her first instrument ?
She can read music and has had piano lessons for years. One-on-on isn't terribly practical right now because of fitting it all in after school. I'll have to get her underway with YT and encouragement... Thanks for the recommendation.

I’ll PM you some RHCP bass clef transcriptions they’ll be some around here as every student asks about Flea

Maybe Sunday/Monday

Some blues lines wouldn’t go amiss for a bass player either. ✅

Upgraded my Artist 5 string with a black Wilkinson bridge with brass saddles, generic black string tree, and some black Guyker 1:26 open gear tuners, they're both direct replacements for the crappy stock stuff, tuners feel really smooth and the bridge looks so good on the guitar, will post some pics up tomorrow, only issue I had was the stock tuner screws were a larger diameter so had to reuse those silver ones instead of the replacement black ones, but if it annoys me I'll pickup some larger black screws after xmas :-)

The Ashdown is not the easiest EQ System to work out.

In some ways it’s counterintuitive to “normal” Bass EQ.
Quirky but totally my thing. Best Amplifier I have ever owned

It’s not my thing but some people like it. I watched maybe 3 or 4 episodes. Nothing in there that would make me say “Avoid”.

I like a guy called Adam Something I haven’t watched him for ages. His theory and “esoteric “ content I really like .

Adam Neeley - he’s awesome!

Scott’s Bass Lessons - he was good when he was giving bass lessons and not selling bass lessons if you get me
