My fave is DADGAD I think...nice for playing eastern-sounding acoustic and for a lot of folky stuff. I'm also learning to play a couple of pieces in DGDGBE at the moment. As with Molly's note above, EADF#BE is also quite interesting, and it opens up a lot of easier, open chords in the sharp keys.

DADGAD for me too. Went there because of Jimmy Page. Love how it can turn familiar chord shapes into new ideas, and it's difficult to play something that sounds wrong.

DADAAD is really cool. I had to use .22 for the G string on my acoustic to avoid breaking it
