Nice, They are great value. I've owned a Hagstrom Viking bass for about 10 years now.

since we're on the topic of Kempers, what monitors are you guys using? I've never used studio monitors so now I'm exploring what's suitable for my Kemper

I'm not overthinking it this time around. Too many options etc. etc. I'm just choosing a bunch of MBritt profiles I like and switching off the cab portion, running into my Marshall cab. Haven't figured-out the amp but won't go with a Fryette this time. Maybe a Seymour Duncan pedalboard amp.

That's a Swiss army knife of a thing. I just need to make the Kemper louder. And you could sometimes hear it humming which got a bit annoying.

I've been pulling out my IEMS a lot recently, or even just playing without, so I've just ordered a new and hopefully much better set. Current ones are very dark sounding which gets annoying

I have a lot of experience with IEMs if you're ever looking for suggestions.rickenbackerkid wrote: ↑Tue Mar 30, 2021 9:57 am I've been pulling out my IEMS a lot recently, or even just playing without, so I've just ordered a new and hopefully much better set. I have had Sennheiser SE846, 64 Audio U10, Hifiman RE2000, Meze Rai Penta and Cayin YB-04 (the last two as review units), as well as a bunch of cheapies. I could make arguments for each of them being the best, depending on what you're looking for.rickenbackerkid wrote: ↑Tue Mar 30, 2021 11:35 am Go for it. What ears have you had and what was the best?
