That looks kind of painful, reminds me of that time I had my first proper shit after breaking my ribs and having to deal with morphine constipation

From what I have seen on YouTube, it seems the "having a first proper shit, while fighting morphine constipation, during recovery from broken ribs" is a much more common manifestation of emotive, animated, and expressive playing than, say, "extreme/excessive neck shaking".

Jeebuz... that's a long run-on sentence...

Mudcrutch. What an ear for a tune. I don't know what you call that rhythm guitar style with the hammered on or sliding clean chord fragments but I really like it in this kind of mid tempo. Jimmy Page did something similar in All of My Love. There'll be earlier examples though.

I found this an interesting watch, particularly how different guitars inspired him to write different songs.

The reason why the clean guitar in the Mudcrutch song sounds like All of My Love, is that Mike Campbell (Mudcrutch) and Jimmy Page both were playing teles with B benders. Figured this out while reading Petty by Warren Zanes. You can't make that sound without a B bender.
