Stringjoy Custom 6 String Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings × 2

So I read the pole piece heights on vintage style pickups are designed around a wound G string, so going to give these a shot on my strat and see if I like them

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Joyo Taichi, so impressed with the Tauren, their Klone pedal, its basically always on now, so I've grabbed this, a Zendrive clone... get some dumbling on and add some more beast for those heavier moments!

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

It’s not though out. Muff- Tumnus-Zendrive. Adding the tumnus with it’s mid control to either of the others pops them out of the band sound effectively. That’s all I need so I stopped there.jeremyb wrote:Sounds glorious!! I have muff too!!Slowy wrote:Klone , Dumble and Timmy. Slowy’s Tone recipe! Got some PCBs from PedalPCB still in the mail... only 11 weeks since they were posted
Edit - on the plus side, this was reply number 10,000 on this thread, very satisfying

Only Peavey Classic 50 'Confused mids' became a thing, because he knew what he was talking about. No offence.
