1980 Gibson Sonex Custom in "Off White" lol.

Sonexs were some of the cheapest gibson's ever, half the wood is glue.
The Custom has a maple neck, ebony board and Dirty Fingers though.

But you can always PM tito regarding the one he's selling...

An EGC neck with Warmoth or Allparts body would also be a lot of bang for your bucks.
