Shit I've been doing it wrong. Forget overdrive for dirtying up a p-bass. Treble booster is where its at. Rangemaster (Deranged master) on the helix is the tone I've been searching for that grungy classic rock vibe with great attack.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

I got the Free The Tone Bass Blaster Overdrive and there's no looking back
The only reason I can think of about their lack of Hype is maybe MIJ equals too pricey

I'm going to pull the board apart tonight. It remains temperamental almost certainly down to some sort of power disparity. It'll most likely be the Diamond Bass Comp which would be a pain as its an amazing piece of kit.

What's the "best" way to split the signal? That old Boss pedal that was like a Junction Box? A Y cable??

I want some pedals into the Effects Loop (specifically Flanger and Chorus) and some through the front (specifically O/D, Filter, Comp)

Will recable 1 by 1 again as well. Slightly frustrating but when it works correctly it's worth the time and effort.

Cheers team.

Hey Ruben, I know you've done this somewhere before, but can you list the pedals and amp you're dealing with. A loop switcher might seem a little high tech but it could be key to solving your issues

Cheers bro. Heaps of Cables here.

Laid the board out again and everything was no problem lol.

Matt

Bass - FTT OD - 3Leaf Filter - Wounded Paw Fuzz - Boss PBEQ3-Boss Flanger - Diamond Bass Comp - Korg PB - Tech 21 Chorus - Sadowsky Pre

Tomorrow if it rains I'll switch around and +/- Dunlop Bass Wah Wounded Paw Ram

The Diamond runs on a different plug and needs 18v
The Sadowsky may 'pop' when switching on but I think that's "true bypass"??

Does anyone know if any of these pedals are "Buffered"

Apparently putting "Buffered" Pedal at the end of the chain is the only way to go

Boss BF-2, Boss PEQ3B, Korg PB, Wounded Paw Attack Goat and Battering Ram

Cheers lads

I'm assuming "Buffered" is the opposite of "True Bypass"

Buffers aren't bad if used correctly, the boss pedals are all buffered, korg isn't, don't know about the others :)
