I'm keen on the Free the Tone but don't want to run on 9V battery

That's quite uncanny
Is TM User tropical fish on here??
Toany it's safe to assume the OD on the B Ram will be primo on a passive bass?

Re: Bass effects!
I read the $ wrong so just hit buy now as it was a sharp price
If the fuzz side is same as Attack Goat it'll be a keeper

Ok, the Attack Goat goes awesome with an Envelope Filter hopefully the Ram's Fuzz is comparable. I see it has a specific Octave switchTmcB wrote:It’s not the same but it’s well reviewedfoal30 wrote:I read the $ wrong so just hit buy now as it was a sharp price

Re: Bass effects!
Arrived today so I'll hopefully give it a work out tonight
Had a quick go just with the O/D into a solid state
Promising, still to decide on the Free The Tone pedal

Can confirm it's not the same. At a more prudent hour I shall fire up the Big Valve Rig and work through the Fuzz side.TmcB wrote:It’s not the same but it’s well reviewedfoal30 wrote:I read the $ wrong so just hit buy now as it was a sharp price

The O/D with Precision Bass into solid state amp is great. Two thumbs up for sure
Finally when I run both O/D + Fuzz with an Envelope Filter even at low volume I can generate big feedback. It's almost like there's an EBow operating. Random or standard operating procedure? I've never stumbled across this type of sound manipulation.
Cheers and thanks again for the heads up

Haven't quite decided yet
My big concern is I've filled the pedal board up and there's a 6 pedals surplus which will end badly should a certain someone head into the music room.
I'm worse at selling than I am at buying which nearly beggars belief.
