Pretty simple actually:
Start with grated coconut and crushed garlic in some oil till brown
Add the curry paste https://myhomefood.nz/products/curry-laksa-paste
Along with 1kg chopped chicken, 4-5 peeled & chopped potatoes and chopped coriander stalks
When the chicken is no longer pink, add a tin of coconut milk, then two more can fulls of water
Bring to a boil, when the potatoes are soft the curry is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and chilli oil (optional)

Goes well with roti, I like these ones

I like his idea of using an IR thermometer... more precise than my sniff prod and burn finger method

Over the years I’ve run hot and cold over GB and never delved into his music any deeper than the hits.

Just been watching him being interviewed by old uncle Rick Beato. Another person I can be hot or cold over.

George has totally matured into one of those cool old black guys you might see in movies like Blues Brothers or Cotton Club.
Such great story telling, from his childhood through to his career and associations with other artists.
Comes across with a genuine balance of humility and generosity in his recollections.

Highly recommended!

Thanks for the link, I enjoyed that :)
