What most people don't know is that the picture is actually of Rich Robinson with his tackle tucked between his legs.

Lovely.

He’s a great guitarist. Simple stuff, but he knows how to write a riff.

Defo. Great tone an' all that too. And he's worked with some great guitarists. Always looks as miserable as fuck. I can relate to that.

He sure has. Paul Stacey, Luther Dickinson, Marc Ford. I rate all of those guys very highly. Probably more than Jimmy Page, if I'm honest...

Shock! Horror!

Man, I keep clicking on this thread and that f*cking Amorica album cover keeps coming up.

The problem is - I'm at work. In an open plan office. Sat next to the boss.

Quality! No way on planet Earth i could afford one of those things.

I am now the proud owner of two wicked germanium fuzzes. A Fulltone '69, which is just the absolute dogs bollocks. Never did I think I'd leave a fuzz on all the time. There's nothing more satisfying than watching my band's faces as I move from this lovely shparkly clean sound to all out war, just by rolling up the volume. I totally get it now. Stacks beautifully too.

I also managed to get a quick TM buy now deal on a Klinger Supa Fuzz, which is mental. It's a clone of a Marshall Supa Fuzz... which is itself a clone of a Mk2 Tone Bender. It has a "character" dial, which is basically a starvation knob. When you dial it back to full sag and use it with a delay pedal, it sounds like the Vietnam War going off. More juicy sputtery splattering than a Japanese bukkake competition.
