Mmmm saw that today, he got a bit cancelled over some comments a couple of years ago, wonder if that had an effect on his business?

I feel more sorry about the workers he laid off en masse. Mike is gonna be fine with all his real estate investments working out for him.

It is a really interesting question as to how much you can or should separate a creator from the product or art. I probably wouldn't buy something new from him or JHS, just like I'd struggle to pay to watch a movie that Kevin Spacey is getting a cut from. But on the second hand market, I'd consider it to be distant enough that I could just see an OCD as a great pedal.

JHS isn't liked because they're partnered with a pretty a radical organization called IHOPKC (International House of Prayer) which is a superchurch-type of religious sect that's had some questionable investigations into their practices. They're considered extreme by even a lot of Christians. They're pretty homophobic and they supported the "Kill the Gays" bill in Uganda to an extent. They're featured in the documentary "God Loves Uganda" which shows a lot of what they're up to and criticized for and documents it.
Not sure how accurate that is
