HX Stomp owners may find this helpful? After a bit of trial and error I finally have my stomp running off battery power. You need 3 things:
1. USB 9V Step-Up Power Cable $16.90 from Jaycar
https://www.jaycar.co.nz/universal-usb- ... e/p/PP1976
2. Truetone CL6 Line 6 convertor $6 from Rockshop
https://www.rockshop.co.nz/truetone-1-s ... dals-1spot
3. USB power bank battery thingy
Notes:
-The USB to 9V cable is center positive so you need to reverse that. The Truetone CL6 reverses polarity and has the correct plug size for the HX Stomp.
-You probably need a decent power bank that outputs at least 2A - 3A. Also if you want it to last a few hours you'll probably want 10,000mAh or more. I've been using a cheap Kmart one that has 2A output and 5000mAh. It works but it lasts about 1 hour so I really should get a better one.
Anywho, good luck... I take no responsibility for exploded HX Stomps based on my terrible advice.

I’m currently running my stomp off a spare Apple phone charger thanks to this!

That's awesome! I've been wanting to ditch the power cords for my HX Stomp too. Thanks for sharing your setup. I saw that GMA Deals segment on battery-powered gear and was stoked to see it's actually possible. I picked up that Anker power bank they featured https://www.dealsandstealstoday.com/ and it's been great so far. I'm curious which one you're using. Any recommendations?
