Re: Synth Chat
The word synth makes me think of robot dancing at the school disco in Milton Keynes, UK during the early 1980s. It was a bit of a craze for a while. The New Order song Blue Monday and Duran Duran etc. It was so futuristic, but now seems old fashioned. At least we were not like the previous generation squealing and peeing our knickers at Beatles concerts I guess

Re: Synth Chat
Just a headsup, Music Planet have lots of the Volca synths on big discount at the moment, I picked up a Volca Keys today for $209, RRP $299!
Rockshop also has their March sale starting tomorrow, potentially some good deals to be had! Sale prices will be up here tomorrow: https://www.rockshop.co.nz/gear/stocktake-sale-2024/

Re: Synth Chat
Just found this little pic from 2014 when digging though some files last night.
Nice little throwback. The Big Sky was fairly fresh in NZ and God it made amazing sounds with the NORD lead and the Virus Ti. Such a trip.
