SATURATION
not to be confused with GAIN-i'm after a dirt box thats mad saturated to run in paralell with something that isnt.Any recommendations other than my previous go to's?-MI Megalith(pricey and outta stock) and the Amptweaker fat/tight metal.Any of the budget range suitable like the mooer 005? cheers! i'm guessing this isnt the common wheelhouse of most on here,i aint talking timmy transparent drive bollocks

Re: SATURATION
the saturation thing would come from compression wouldn't it? have you tried using compression with your drive pedals?

Re: SATURATION
Nah I think it's more the other way around- the compression is a side effect of the gain.Think of it like the distortion is static on a TV,I'm wanting 4k rather than 1080p . Got a few offers so far and might see what the RS has on friday

Re: SATURATION
Thats pretty much a metal zone with an even less forgiving eq,i'd just go a clone if that was my flavour.
