Not even the usual Pete Thorn or Brett Kingman demos sound overly exciting…just a personal thing I guess but I was very underwhelmed by them.
Didn’t love them. And I love me some Bogner. They were decent, but if you wanted a Bogner OD the Ecstasy blue or red does a better job IMHO. The compressor was nice though, felt great to play through.

I had the ecstasy red when it first came out, was pretty cool, kind of why I got excited about these ones…

If they ever work out how to box a Shiva OD up I’ll be first in queue. Cause 50kgs of amp is a lot of lug for that 18 seconds of glorious every 3rd song...

This is interesting. If it sounds and good. That's a lot of processing power you're asking from one pedal.

Part of fuzz faces' excellent tone comes from their huge casing ;-)

Would like a single hot cake again, I think getting the dhc was the beginning of the end of the hotcake being my go to pedal. Never clicked with it the way I thought I would.

I reckon hotcakes are a real love hate thing, I never liked them, owned a couple, I swear they made weird noises, but others love them to pieces.

I heard someone else’s recording in a studio the other day, had a wicked drive tone, asked what it was…a deluxe reverb and a hotcake…crazy!

Not sure how epic it is, but I got a Tumnus deluxe a couple weeks back, my first klon clone ever, and I actually really like it, very useable EQ, and the buffer circuit does great things for my other pedals…
