I like that. Do you think Jimmy Page would have lost a little coolness if he used that instead of a bow?

yeah, was gonna say, this could be done far cheaper with a roland GK and synth module, plus you would have access to all the other sounds too.
this thing is monstrous and fugly to boot. $500 USD? No thanks.

iirc the original one tended to fall apart in use...

I'm sure this will be built a little better, though the idea of it being powered via usb and a wallwart is a little scary for live use

tho triple play ftw :D
