No need to wait if you don't buy anything.

Dharmajester wrote:I booked aTM courier this morning. Earliest pick up was Weds so I dropped it off at the depot. Drop off was outside round the back. Loads of parcels, some guitar cases with labels and no one keeping an eye on them. Went inside to check I was doing the right thing and the entire warehouse floor ( which is pretty substantial ) was covered in packages. I wouldn't anticipate getting anything within the time frames we formerly expected.
courier post?

There's a guy in Wanaka who has received his Epi LP Special. Apparently his was one of the last 2 in NZ! Sounds like I ordered mine just in time. It was scanned at the ChCh sorting depot around midday today. I assume it won't be here till tomorrow. It must be chaos all through logistics chains in NZ.

I've got 5 packages on the way that have unfortunately been stopped in various parts of the world due to Covid....
No updates in weeks, doubt they'll all make it

Waiting to be reamed by Customs, then the Jazzmaster will be on its way to me. Crossing my fingers for before the weekend, but I'm not holding my breath. Hopefully not too far ahead or behind the THR arriving.

It's a fucker of a feeling when you're waiting on the safe delivery of a new guitar. I know it so well...

My Thorpy camoflange pedal has been processing in a clearance agency for 7 days, does anyone have recent experience on how long this part of the process takes?
