Finally have a new laptop in the mail, which will be a relief. Been using a 2010 machine and it's painfully slow.

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Previous orders have been fine. Just lockdown orders are 2 weeks not 3 days. He does state the delays. Waaaay better than stewmac though..

Mrs ordered a bike for our 6yo on 25 April from The Warehouse online. It never came. Courier says they never picked it up. The Warehouse have ignored multiple emails, won't answer phone calls (Mrs waited on hold for 2 hours on one call and gave up, probably spent 10 hours on hold all up), ignored social media approaches and in store say they can't help with online orders. She's even sent a physical letter now. And we've gone to the Commerce Commission. Fucking hopeless.

This is why I never did any online shopping - quite happy to wait until it's convenient to go back to the shops -the best part is that my bank balance is going up by not spending.

We had a kid with a broken bike sobbing every time we went out for a walk because her sister's bike was still working and hers wasn't and she just wanted to ride and and and. Waiting for an at that time uncertain end to the lockdown was not a happening thing. Still didn't get the result we wanted though.

Have something going on with a click and collect with the Warehouse atm, just get generic responses about orders taking up to 10 days because they are so busy...
