Remember it’s not the list price less 20%. It’s price divided by 1.2, roughly 16.7% off.Candeevr4 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 7:17 pmI think it was either the website going nuts or something on my end causing issues as it changed when i looked at it again now at home. Wasnt pulling 20% for me though.HackSaw wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:02 pm No GST is charged. (Though I am surprised, I alone have put a wee dent in the $60k threshold). It is not until you get to checkout with an NZ address entered that it removes the GST.
(pretty sure their VAT is still 20%, it was only certain hospitality and food sectors that were reduced. I just checked something in their cart and it took a 20% VAT amount off)

TC Electronics SCF. I hated chorus for many years but am rather enjoying a light and subtle chorus these days. Also a new on camera microphone for the day job, a Sony short shotgun thing.

For anyone other than you, yes.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Grabbed a Boss CS-2 on trademe. Not sure I need it, but keen to try that model as I've had a couple of CS-3s (hatefully noisy crap) and a CS-1 (cool but too squashy for my taste)

My order from Poland is through. Lots of fun fuzz/dirt here. They all do their own sorta thing, not just clones. From Analogwise Pedals. Some good demos up on his Youtube page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNZ4y- ... iE5doNqhmw

After missing out on the Harmony archtop I decided on plan 2 for the Christmas guitar, this will be winging it's way to me, has had good reviews and is a little outside the square, hoping for something a little different. Squier Starcaster.

Ahh the wonders of Fender policies and attitudes. These are hard to get here, Music Works has the cheaper and non original Affinity. Rockshop has them listed but out of stock.
Sweetwater emailed they couldn't ship here as they were not a Fender dealer here.
So I emailed back asking if I could ship to a mate in Cali would that be kosher? Sales person emailed back if he was a genuine person and not a freight forwarder then he could make it happen as he could walk into a store, buy one and ship to me so they could sell to him C/- me, go figure.
So currently Thunderbird 2 is go, my mate in Cali is happy to ship on, he has done it dozens of times, stay tuned in case mayhem ensues.

Four days with no movement in the continental USA? USPS is worse than NZ Post.

Those folks at Sweetwater sure do customer service. Pics of my guitar after their head to toe check up.
