Bought a Ventris from @Marshmallow. Bloody impressed it's landed in Akl already. Wonder how long it'll take to make the last leg of the journey tho....

My thumbs got idle over Christmas and I ordered a few things which still haven't arrived:
A Joyo American Sound - I don't need it at all, but am curious to see why it is so popular. And it's sooo cheap.
A Mooer Micro Drummer. My timing is crap. This is for practicing to make it less crap.
And a pack of Jazz III Max Grips. These have arrived and have passed my stress test. No slippage when playing repeated rundowns on a warm day with a mild hangover. Despite me being sweaty and imprecise it stayed put. I am duly impressed.

Hah, I just scored an RV6 myself. Put a starting bid on one and was gonna leave it there if anyone else bid but ended up winning. Seems a pretty well regarded reverb.
Loving it so far

Yeah I'm a stickler for stuff like that, happy to pay extra to get a minter with box etc, apparently he's not had it long either
