Don't place it in front of your amp.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

No, the base seemed quite pricey considering these adapt to pretty much any base. The mrs wants a certain ply design so I'll diy it.

Collected this Epi today. $425 with a decent case. I'll be keeping it at work. Sounds a bit ordinary but I'd have to find a bargain set of pickups for it to be worth upgrading. Has push-pull pots but they don't add anything special. Can't fault it otherwise.

In areas of wear on the body the satin finish has come up really glossy. Wondering if it's worth trying to polish it all the same.

Cheers for that. Couldn't hurt to give them a call.

Humbucker size P90s would be great but I'd never find a set cheap enough.

Have a set of GFS Mean 90's sitting in the cupboard - the ones out of JB's old telemaster and the green tele. Black covers though.
