What the fark indeed. After she has had time to digest the news she recorded an update for us all. We just listened to it earlier today. OMG, what a pillar of strength. I cannot even begin to imagine what it's like for her. Her speech is also weirdly affected. For example, her wee son woke up crying at 5am this morning. She went to cuddle him and was about to ask "Would you like a glass of milk". What came out was "Would you like to go feed the ducks"! She burst out laughing, and was still giggling as she retold the story in her recording.

Keep an eye out and thoroughly enjoy the seemingly small, yet immensely important, stuff... don't sweat the truly insignificant, ineffectual, stuff. Easier said than done, but I'm determined to learn to do so myself.
It's actually quite easy to learn; all you need is a terminal illness.
Never said the lessons were cheap.
All this is why I drink so much. I probably don't have a terminal illness, but I'm drinking my way too one. I voted for euthanasia though, so at least I can end it all when I need too :)
For the longest time when I was younger I wondered what the youth in Asia had to do with anything...

Old guy I bought the Bonnie from had a brand new one parked next to it. He remarked that it was probably his last bike. I don't want to start thinking in terms of last anything. I'll fumble and stumble through denial to the bitter end.

Whilst there's stuff on my watchlist there's always hope. ;-)

This is probably my 2nd choice of colour for when I refinish my Strat. I think it looks awesome with rosewood boards, and even better after it's been knocked around for a few years.

Come so close to buying one of these ( vintage ) over the years. Now it looks like the option for a new one at a realistic price could shortly be on the cards. Provided they make it down here of course. Calling Dave

Never! At any rate, mines buried in storage and I'm not allowed to sell it, only give it away when it's time to pass it on. Ask Grantb.
I've been waiting for epiphone to reissue these for years, theyre great little guitars. I am about to go into Asheville for some leeching about which will inevitably include a stop at the local (and bankrupt!) Guitar center which I believe has one in stock. I'll let you know my thoughts....

Yeah, I've always been a sucker for a symetrical guitar body. They did a cutom shop Wilshire a few years ago which I too hoped would run on to include the Coronet. I just hope they put a sizeable neck on them, something they appear to be doing with their current reissue models.
But yeah do let me know what you think.

Kinda have GAS for a nice Tele and an old Fuzz Face. Nothing too serious, just nibbling me a bit
