Re: What are you gassing for?
Only GAS I have is for gear I already own (well nearly). GrantB is currently doing a refret and working his magic fingers on my R8, and I hope to get the 65 Amps 'London Pro' from Molly at some point in August. Should make for a good combo I would've thought

I sold one just like that last week. Played like a million bucks!robthemac wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 4:54 pm This one ships to NZ. https://reverb.com/item/22156039-fender ... d-blue-015
I find the American Original 60s Tele in LPB quite temping too.

I think Grant was quite taken with it. Sorry Grant, it's gone now.Conway wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 5:14 pmI sold one just like that last week. Played like a million bucks!robthemac wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 4:54 pm This one ships to NZ. https://reverb.com/item/22156039-fender ... d-blue-015

Re: What are you gassing for?
Not double-bound. But the American Original series one would do just fine.robthemac wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 4:54 pm This one ships to NZ. https://reverb.com/item/22156039-fender ... d-blue-015

Correct, 1955 to be precise.
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

The Godin version is very nice too...
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Wow (and sigh). That is the thin line version. I wonder if there are any in NZ?

I can't actually find that model on the Godin website. Didn't you have a Godin once, Nik?sizzlingbadger wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 6:31 pm The Godin version is very nice too...

Re: What are you gassing for?
Yes, I had a 5th Avenue model, single P90 neck pickup. It was really nice. Rockshop have them for about $1200codedog wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 10:04 pmI can't actually find that model on the Godin website. Not a fan of the finish, otherwise that looks pretty cool.Starfire wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 6:58 pm There's this Epiphone on TM at the moment:

Re: What are you gassing for?
Looking at a rejig of my pedalboard. Few things I want to add or replace:
- Nicer delay to replace DD-3. I like the look of the 80tape In Limbo but I'm not sure if they're still making them
- Fuzz to replace big muff, something a bit weirder ideally
- Isolated power supply
- Something else? Chorus/trem or something. Will know it when I see it...
