Thanks JB. The Marshall MG101CFX was a great sounding amp, didn’t sound solid state and the effects (from memory) also sounded great. I’ll have to head into the Hornby RS and see what they have; not expecting to see many Katana’s lol and possibly most of this Marshall range has now been discontinued

That had a decent ish range before I plundered the store :lol: the katana would destroy the marshall in a side by side!! Maybe check out the Blackstar Silverline 20W as well, way more expensive than the Kat 50, but might be more up your alley?

Is there any real difference between the Silverline and the old TVP series except the packaging?

Im weirdly gassing forthat old maton mastersound on tm.. as I get older the preferred guitars are becoming less pointy

Supro Blues King 15w combo. Have to wait until I get my work bonus paid out in February, hate having to be patient
