Hadn't really thought about it until this appeared in the MP sale, but it's the high-gain model. Still tempted for the MV50 Clean at full price which is still only $350, would just need to sort out a cab.

I'm seriously considering a pair of these for a w/d/w set up. They normally retail for $149. Bargain!!

Yeah, I like those. The only thing I dislike is the stupid bulky inline power supply.

Yeah gonna let it go to fund a California Tweed. I have used various things in stereo with it, including a Marshall DSL, a Bassman clone, an AC-30ish combo and a Rectoverb. I think the Vox sound pairs really well with it, especially for cleans.

Did two order collections from Resene and Mitre10. Poor staff were run-ragged at M10. They'd had over 400 orders by 10am. They made a mistake with my order but I didn't have the heart to tell them. I'll just email a complaint to the boss.

Currently gassing for a new windows interface. Lots of options but I'm stuck on getting another UAD as I've sunk a decent amount of coin into plugins already. And of course if one pops up second hand it's bloody thunderbolt/osx ...
