Re: IK Multimedia ToneX
Considering you can buy the Fender Tone Master FR-12 on Thomann for 455 euro, this at 699 euro does seem expensive for midi control and an IR loader.
On the subject of the FR-12, why the fuck are we paying $1600 for it here? they're $835 NZD on Thomann, big shame they won't ship them here...

Re: IK Multimedia ToneX
Friedman ASM-12 might be a goer for you, pricey though, considering they're all essentially a PA amp and speaker in a guitar cab you could just find a PA speaker you like and gut it and build or get BG to build a cab for it

This has been on my mind for a bit, I like the idea of a compact stereo 2x10 cab with power amp in it...

Re: IK Multimedia ToneX
I came pretty close to pulling the trigger on the big box ToneX, but decided I'd end up down a rabbit hole of tweaking rather than playing... so got the UAFX Enigmatic instead, basically the same money for way less

I’m thinking of getting one of these but have heard whispers of it being a real pain in the rear to adjust
