I wish I could, but I'd prefer to avoid bankruptcy for a little while yet. :lol: The Imperial is 2 amps in one though - a Deluxe Reverb and a Tweed.

In all seriousness, I think an Imperial is probably my end-game amp. But a few years away...

Imperial is a pretty cool amp. I've not tried the California Tweed so can't compare but I wonder if you've also tried the Imperial?

I have not. Whangarei doesn't have a Tone King dealer. And I can't make it to Auckland to try one. It's also probably out of my budget. Falcon Grande would be within budget, but I think I'd prefer the option of a full 40W for the rare occasions that I gig.
