It’s the 12BH7 version.
So what would that be likely to cost? I was thinking that if it’s salvageable, the transformers don’t have to fit. I’d happily build a new box to fit it all in.

Did the power or output transformer blow?

You would have to ask him that.
But I have found his excellent work inexpensive.

My guess is power, but the output was seriously hot as well.

Ed, Boss should look at building this thing properly. It’s a Chinese design, so perfectly in order to steal it entirely.

Whatever the route chosen, I imagine its cheaper to buy a new one than repair the existing, but at least with a repair you might have some guarantee it will last...

might be fixed under warranty maybe ?
