I had Bob Reinhardt build me an 18watt years ago. His amps were the standard 1974x on one channel and a TMB circuit for the other instead of a trem.
The 1974x channel was great but as stated by many above needed volume to hit the sweet spot despite the inbuilt London Power Scaling.

It was a cracking amp before the power tranny went Got a new one and never quite got around to fitting it. Ah well, plenty of time yet.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.
