Best studio monitors for cheeeeap

Post by griff »

Hey guys, not really too keen on spending $1k or more on a pair of good Yammys so what can ya recommend for ~$500 that will deliver a good flat response with decent headroom.. if there is such a thing at that price.

Slightly more than that- JBL LSR305s. I reckon they're the best price/performance ratio out there.
$599 for a pair from STL Pro Audio

or $279 each from Rubber Monkey

I have had three different models of Presonus monitors. Pretty good budget monitors.
