I have one, brand new, unused, from Surfy Industries. MOD Reverb Pan 4AB3C1B.

EDIT: I just noticed the "Valve or transexual" bit. Are you after an outboard unit or just the tank? Assuming I understand "tank" correctly, i.e. just the unit I mentioned above.

Oh man that looks killer ! If anyone can help with pickup I'd be keen on grabbing that !
