Yeah man! The cab doesn't get too much use these days but it's such a great size and looks cool too. The Eclipse is just top notch, love that thing.
Guessing you replaced the EMGs? They were the only part of the guitar that I didn't like.
This one is a bit of a one off made for a music shop in Australia (according to Ed Lim, who I bought it from) SD JB/59 pickups, full thickness, double bound, Kluson tuners and the 4 knob layout. Haven't seen another like it.
What year was it made? The 4 knob Eclipses were standard series outside of USA. They're in the 2008 catalog, the FT was the full thickness model.

This one is December 2012. I've seen the odd FT come up over the years but not with the binding. I think of it as my much lighter, poor man's LP Custom.

They're in the 2011 export catalog (which means the 2012 models) with 4 knobs and the binding. Not to say they're not good guitars that is, eclipses (and vipers) are fuckin kickass.

Oh true, I'll have a search for that and have a look. Big fan of the Viper shape as well.

Bump. I'm keen to trade for a quality telecaster body if anyone has one sitting around needing a home. Or if any clever bugger can craft one and they're in the market for a delay pedal.

I don't get it. Flint is a reverb and wobble box; sorta Blackface Fenderish. It's competent but it doesn't melt pussies or give your big muff a super hard on so what's the big deal?

No big deal, it's a well established, modern day classic. Is that an oxymoron? Dun't matter; sold anyway :)

I bought one a while ago, sad to say because John used one and I wasn’t happy with my reverb sounds, glad I did cause it’s awesome!!
