My standard response when asked for a considerable reduction in price is "perhaps,if you can state a case why i should".
Defo insulting when you've already priced to sell.

Welcome to the forum, some of us just need a constant cycle of new stuff to steel wool away the overwhelming existential dread.

Yes. I do get that, which is why I changed my original post which is a little insulting, especially in a forum.

And yes, certainly see that. Nicely put by the way. Must use that.

I actually have a Boss Katana MKii 100 that I will sell, after only buying it in April. In that case it just because it really isn't what I was after. Hence, the interest in the PRS which seems to fit the bill. Just can't demo it unfortunately.

sudsnz wrote: Fri Jul 30, 2021 12:47 pm Funny. I was searching on this amp and found you here. I have been the one asking questions on Trademe. I am very interested in the amp. I have one or two concerns, mainly with master volume which I know is touchy (so is very loud) and with potential hum when using effects loop.

Interested in coming down from $1000?
Hi and welcome

Not going to budge on price sorry.
It's a loud amp and the master volume does work and you can squeeze it down to bedroom volumes.
The half power does help as well.
Regarding the FX loop issues reported with a NG in the loop it dramatically reduces any gain hum but like all tube amps it's not dead silent that's for modelers only ;).
It's currently on hold at the moment and having a good thrash this weekend to see if it's just worth keeping as to many tyre kickers on this and cba.
