New Release: Blackstratblues live album

Post by blackstratblues »

In case you’d like some weekend listening, here’s a brand new blackstratblues live album to check out. It was culled from a particularly fun gig in Mumbai in 2017. Here’s one of the tracks that sounds like a raga based surf tune, for lack of a better description:
https://blackstratblues.bandcamp.com/tr ... amide-live

Whole album:

In case you dig and want to hear more, here’s Vol. 1 (from another gig in 2019)
https://blackstratblues.bandcamp.com/al ... -v-e-vol-i

I’d love to know what you guys think!

Nice guitar, but who fired the Shrink-O-Ray gun at your amp stack?

I was wondering that or if the guitar was the giant one from the Hard Rock Cafe sign.

I'm currently grooving to Renaissance Mission. 8)
Warren, do you have CD's or am I just too old to function in this world?
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

I have a Fender tweed Mini Twin amp. Same deal, I don't have a 4x12 but it sounds quite credible through a 1x12.

Glad you’re digging it, here’s another version of that song you’d enjoy:

I haven’t released any hard copies over the years, for the simple fact that lossless files purchased over Bandcamp are of higher quality :)

Great band!
Sigh. I suppose I should get off my ass and wander over to the 21st century.
And you're right, I'm digging it. :D
