Weather seeing humidity sitting at around 71-76% currently. Not really painting weather. Dry cold winter is ok.

Inside a house is usually worse though...warm and moist.

Ideally you’d have a little room sealed off with a dehumidifier setup. Dry it out then flick the extractor fan on and quickly paint before the wetter air gets sucked in.

This summer was a biatch for painting - the hot days seemed great to paint but reality was the humidity was up the shoot.

Thought so.. missing Brissy winter. 20 degrees and 60% humidity. Grass is brown but laundry is dry in minutes.

Wouldn't painting on top of an oiled guitar body be difficult ?
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

About 18 months ago, didn't a car painter get onto the website and advertise his services for guitars?
