Reviving the boat-anchor-caster

Post by jeremyb »

So I've decided to bring my old tele back to life, the hard ash body is just so darn heavy, so I had a brain wave, tele deluxe pickguard and a dose of drillium! And all the bits off my telemaster are going back on this.

More pics to come, however... Was thinking maybe doing Gibson 50s wiring with the two volume, two tone setup on the deluxe, using 500k pots and 0.022uf caps with the GFS mean 90s, thoughts?

Ha! I knew I'd get a rise out of Willow! All I can say on this is, think what Johnny Marr would play.....
