$82 USD was the shipping amount, the loaded body was $499 USD :)

What does "loaded" body exactly mean in this case? Fully loaded pickguards, trem bridge, input jack, strap buttons, already there, stick on a neck and you're away?

Yup! It needs a neck and tuners and you're done! You can however buy just a body and then select other parts to go on it, I'm semi tempted to get a neck without tuners (an option) and then buy the gotoh locking vintage style tuners they have, only concerned they may not fit....
