I really like that second font. Has the right amount of mid century and exotica mix
Now how to make that into vinyl lettering >?

Happy to provide files for you to take to get printed/cut.

I expect that the lettering comes cut out/weeded sandwiched between a backing sheet and a top sheet. Peel off the backing sheet, apply the whole sheet, then peel off the top sheet, leaving the letters in place.
