Rectified Mini ODS

Post by Marshmallow »

So, probably the last amp here in japan. Will start making again in NZ.

Here's my rectified ODS with PPIMV. Its a lot simpler than i thought. This amp sounds awesome. It's also only 390mm wide.. so quite small for what it is. Roughly 7w of power which is plenty loud even for live. Has room for the SS rectification mod and also room to change it to 22-50w if needed (will need to take out the rectifier, change the opt and power section)

So cool. What does ODS stand for? Over Drive Special? ala Dumble?

Thanks! Yes haha! Cab is not as neat as amps in the forum. Soundwise, I do enjoy this amp but I still prefer the other amp in terms of everyday use. I love the break up the other amp.

Joking aside, that looks bloody tasty. Well, they all do, really. Which amp is "the other" one that you prefer?

Apart from the 50w ODSR, The 10w SE Reverb amp I posted a while back. Took it live the other day and it just sang. Sounded nicer boosted with an OD as well.

I'd love to have one of the ODS amps.
