Tweed Deluxe D-style
Hi All,
I was making a 5e3 but with decided to finish it with the D circuit. Parts were ordered online so it is now a matter of waiting until it arrives. Them large orange caps. Mods are MV, NFB, FX Loop. Solid state rectifier. I should finish it by the end of next month as I am moving houses again. It's a cheap build. With added MV and FX, the sound should be similar. This would probably my favourite amp when it's done. Easy to transport, 15w and plenty of headroom and gain.

You are a machine.... do you have time for playing?
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Do you have the circuit diagram including the MV and neg feedback loop as you are going to build it?
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

Hey man, you can build one off from here. Master volume is in place of r15 from the schematics.

I redesigned the board of my amplifiers so it doesn't look the same as the ones you see online.
Robinette website is awesome and have tones of mods. He did a layout of the tweedle dee from ampgarage but I suggest you go off from using the Ceriatone circuit and changing the values to make the drive smoother. A lot of mods have been done that are not in the robinette website but I'm happy to list it here when it all works out.
Negative feedback here.

Haha I play guitar everyday. spending only a few mins a day to complete the amp. If I did spend the whole night making it, it would most likely take me 4 nights to complete one.

Hey guys!
Current situation.
Wiring for the transformer and the rest of the parts. When parts arrive (transformer and orange caps)...wiring and done.
Empty chassis
Parts removed.

Why of course..
I temporarily used spare parts. Tomorrow, the rest of the parts will arrive and the caps will be replaced to orange caps. Already sounded so good as is. Just had an eargasm.

There's plenty of time to sleep. Mike should know it too. The only reason amps take a while is because the parts take a while to arrive. When you get the hang of it, they only take a few days to complete.
