Changed it to 18w haha πŸ˜‚ there were a lot of noises so Im going to reassemble them but may as well use 18w with half power switch

Build like the old 5e3 with f**k more loads of wires. Best thing about the shops opening, more tools and no more using existing chassis. Workshops are also open and can be rented for a day.
:lol: you can pre-order chassis here to spec with transformer hole and I IEC socket for 50 bucks. 2mm aluminium.

I assume the red and black bits are for bias voltage readings and the pots for setting it? VERY NICE!! Whats the black knob do?

Yup that's supposed to be the internal of trim pot but mounted at the bottom. Easy adjust πŸ’ͺ

Thanks, I will build an external Dlator. I'll use a 12vac and then use a transformer to convert it to a high current (300v) internally. I was considering the ceriatone one but it's not tube buffered so it's not as punchy as the original one. One tube is enough.

Haha its not small..... its 490mm x 200mm chassis. :lol: Those Orange capacitors are HUGE.. :lol:
