Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Hey Guys,

So parts have been ordered from America, this time it will be a turret board and better parts. Accent switch changed to presence knob. Chassis will be about 420Wx180Dx65Hmm only so its going to be fairly small. It will be a combo with a 12" Speaker. Currently thinking about the enclosure finishes if I should go Suede etc. Maybe Tan/caramel Suede and matched basket weave? Front face will be brushed aluminium with silver knobs. I'll be sort of matching the spec of the original enclosure. The aluminium bar to the top of the chassis etc. I'll be making it with standard plywood and finger jointed.

There are currently 2 options for the basketweave. Which one should I go for this time? Marshall VS Mesaboogie
