Where do I buy Phenolic?

Or even better PTFE sheet,
really don't want to be spending up too large. but need 200x400mm reluctant to ship from US.

You can get sheets of tufnol phenolic board from rs components in various thicknesses. Freight is free for web orders and there is no minimum order quantity.
(I don't work there, I just love the free overnightish shipping for exotic components)

found a local place where i could get some for $30, but opted for clean FR4 from Ali express, I have time.
