Sounded great too! I reckon those Genalex Gold Lion EL84s are part of the secret so I just purchased some.

SLO is 2.2k, I'm using 1.7@520V. 1.4 is interesting, I think that's actually only the half winding impedance so it's actually 2.8k. What is the b+?

Its possible he's wrong with that, he was trying to remember off top of his head.
I measured 575v on B+ yesterday

Nah Epic Amps. He had a huge list of purchasable mods for jet city amps and also sold a few of his own.
He's on a hiatus at the moment. It was consuming him

Building a couple of cabs for more Jansen 4/Twelves.

I am gluing the tolex on the Vox way, rather than Fender's.

Workshop is bedroom floor this time :oops:

Right, tolexed the amp cabinet. Good job.

Whatever you guys paid BG for him building you a tolex or tweed cabinet... it wasn't phucking enough!

I know! I just screwed and glued. Strong as and who cares once it is under the tolex...

I just screw and glue too because I can't do the dovetails. But I like knowing there's dovetails under the tweed or tolex which is why BG builds my cabs!
