I don't have access to a drill press and my OCD needs to see everything lined up perfectly.

US$4.50 for up to 40 holes. They have an online design tool that allows you to type in the coordinates on the enclosure size you need as well as the size of the hole.

I like it when the build instructions include a printable drill template; at least it makes punching the hole guides easier!
