I'm curious about this as an alternative...but I still think you are right about not really being able to improve on your guitars.
Transacoustic is a whole new rabbit hole.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

I'm grateful you found all the budget options.

Compared to an Eventide H3000 rack, those are indeed the budget options ;)

On a more serious note, check out the NUX Atlantic, not as lush but pretty cool. Digitech Polara too, if you can find one.

+1 for Neunaber.

The nice thing about their shimmer setting is that you can dial back the amount of octaves. I find less sounds better.

Other shimmers only allow you to adjust the overall level, but the really high notes can be overwhelming.
Nothing to see here.

Yes, and the algorithm is really clever...it lets some notes shimmer, but not all. It seems to pick the right ones. You don't get a mushy mess...

I was impressed by the cheap tc electronic. Not the expensive tone print one, the much simpler behringer one.

The Shimmer’s on the HeadRush Gigboard are both spectacular and glorious
