1976 Firebird Centennial Black

Post by GrantB »

I purchased this a number of years ago in the UK and friend held on to it. I collected it from him LY when he and his family moved to Noosa. I refretted it and set it up. This was the one I was looking for! Excuse the mindless noodling...

Stunning....sooo much want to add a fb to the arsenal. Unfortunately, the market for teenagers is not that strong at the moment, so I'd need to sell both of mine.....then, who would do the lawns.

Pretty good noodling. Like the extended bends where you play two notes in quick succession.
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

PHWOAR!

I've had Firebird GAS percolating for a while now. This has cranked it up a notch!

Played it again while the mrs was in the room. She said "oh, that is nice playing, who's that". My response, just another forum guy

It really does love driving a 10" or 12" speaker. Shame I can't manhandle an AlNiCo Weber in the cab...it's tighter than tight thing in there.

It is a cabinet of one and the Supro is driving it. I’ve had too many of those amps and have never kept them, but I do love the cabinets.
