Update time.

The wiring is in. I've done the classic 50's style LP jr wiring with a 500k volume pot and a 250k tone. The capacitor is a vintage sprague .022 bumble bee that I got out of an old amp.

The fret work was done by Allan Farrow here in Christchurch. 3 new frets, fingerboard patch up, fret leveling and a bone nut install $50. The man is a legend.

I had an Epiphone waterslide transfer from years ago ready for the headstock.

So here's how it looks;

It sounds pretty damn good too! Very much like a Gibson SG jr. There's still a little bit of finishing work to do and i'm still trying to decide if some light relicing will be beneficial or not.

With its Olympic sister.
So she's pretty much done. Another one brought back from the grave! Many thanks to Grant for bestowing this project upon me. There was a fairly big period of inactivity there be we made it in the end!
