OK consulted the Mrs and looks like the only dates that aren't available at the moment are, the weekend of Nov 26th/27th, and Saturday 10th Dec.

So find a day that suits the most people, probably best to avoid getting too close to Christmas though...

no worries, JB I'm sure will post out details nearer the time, but will ping you a reference. Don't know about times yet depends on peoples preferences.

Just a reminder for folks, this is the venue for the gear fest



It's been completely lined and insulated since that gear fest in 2011, and there should be plenty of power points.

I'll arrange for a clear path through the garage so we can load gear in through the garage pretty easily, then we'll move cars back out onto the front berm.

I'm happy for folks to bring refreshments etc., but vaping etc. is outside only.

I would only be able to attend if Work is a washout. Is an “on the day” confirmation fine with you?

I understand the late notice may impact your ability to fully supply my rider but I know you’ll try your best
